Membership

Membership - The SCTC is an international group of medical institutions interested in advancing the science and practice of therapeutic clinical trials for scleroderma. The group sponsors educational and research programs in the area of clinical trials and scleroderma and fosters communication among investigators involved in scleroderma research. We have recently increased our efforts at fundraising and communication within the group. Communication and activities are centered around a live meeting during the American College of Rheumatology Annual Scientific Meeting, as well as communication via monthly updates and our website. As we expand the size and scope of our group we seek increased representation from the diverse international group of investigators interested in scleroderma. We are especially interested in recruiting member institutions from outside of North America.

Membership is institutional and not individual, although multiple individuals per member institution can be listed in the directory and are all welcome to participate in group activities. Requirements for institutional membership are documented interest and productivity in scleroderma research as outlined in the membership application. Initiation dues are $250 (U.S.) and annual dues are $200 per institution (tax-deductible in USA)
